The rules that apply when you use Liwey Trading.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Liwey Trading app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Liwey Trading is developed and operated by WPS Serviços de Informática Ltda.
2. What Liwey Trading is
Liwey Trading is a Decision Readiness tool that analyzes sleep and cardiovascular recovery data to calculate a daily Trader Readiness Score (TRS). The app provides objective information about your physiological and cognitive state based on data from your wearable device.
3. What Liwey Trading is not
Liwey Trading does not: — Provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals — Instruct you to trade or not to trade on any given day — Predict market outcomes or guarantee trading performance — Replace professional financial, medical, or psychological advice The TRS is an informational indicator, not a prescription. All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Liwey Trading. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Health data
The app accesses sleep and heart rate data from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) with your explicit permission. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted externally. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Liwey Trading is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the TRS or any data displayed in the app is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPS Serviços de Informática Ltda shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information it provides.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in Liwey Trading is owned by WPS Serviços de Informática Ltda. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our written permission.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
