How Liwey Trading collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Liwey Trading ("Liwey", "we", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Liwey Trading mobile application ("the app"). Liwey Trading is developed and operated by WPS Serviços de Informática Ltda.

2. Health data

Liwey Trading reads sleep and heart rate data from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to calculate your daily Trader Readiness Score (TRS). This data is processed entirely on your device. No health data — including sleep, heart rate, or heart rate variability — is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. Data we collect

We collect a limited set of anonymous data to improve the product: — An anonymous identifier generated on your device at first launch (a random ID, not linked to your name, email, or any personal information) — Your daily TRS score and classification level — Optional performance ratings you submit in the Feedback screen (performance rating and financial result — not the open text field) This data is stored in our analytics system (Supabase) and used solely to understand how the product is being used in aggregate.

4. Data we do not collect

— We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information — We do not collect raw health data (sleep stages, heart rate readings, HRV values) — We do not collect the text you write in the optional notes field in the Feedback screen — We do not collect financial data or brokerage information — We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes

5. Data retention

Anonymous usage data is retained for as long as necessary to support product improvement and may be deleted upon request.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your anonymous data at any time by contacting us. Because the data is not linked to any personal identifier, you will need to provide your anonymous device ID (available in the app under Settings → About) to identify your records.

7. Children

Liwey Trading is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.

9. Android waitlist

If you submit your email in the Android waitlist form on our website, we store your email address, the language of the page, the date and time, and the notice you agreed to. Purpose: sending you a one-time notification when the Android app launches. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell or share this email with third parties. It is kept until the Android launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email support@liwey.app.
